TEGOS operates in cable assembly using a two-shift model and relies on state-of-the-art production technologies across a production area of over 2,000 m². We realize projects from the prototype phase to large-scale series production – flexibly, reliably, and on schedule.

With our modern machinery, including fully automatic machines, semi-automatic crimping machines, a wide selection of crimping tools for various contact systems including the integration of chamber seals, and production methods such as ultrasonic compaction and ultrasonic splice connection technology, we are able to process almost all standard plug and contact systems precisely, efficiently, and with the highest quality.
Complex wiring harnesses and cable sets are manufactured at modernly equipped workstations.
Our production is divided into four specialized assembly units, and through digital access to drawings, bills of materials, and always up-to-date production data, it enables efficient, transparent, and high-quality production. For particularly extensive wiring systems, special assembly boards are also available for large wiring harness assembly, allowing even complex cable sets to be manufactured precisely and economically.
Quality Assurance
Every connection counts. That’s why we rely on consistent quality controls throughout the entire production process. Crimp height measurement and digital documentation are two important components of our quality management system. We also implement individual documentation requirements at the customer’s request, enabling a seamless transition into the customer’s documentation.
It checks the vertical distance of the crimped section to ensure a gas-tight, mechanically stable, and conductive connection between the contact and the strand.
The system generates automatic test reports and reliably stores all measurement data in files or databases. In addition to printing individual test reports, the integrated process also enables the creation of customer-specific test labels for complete quality documentation.
